With this survey, Great Place To Work - consulting company specialized in diagnosis of organizational climate and culture - celebrated 10 years in Chile. To celebrate its first decade in our country, the ceremony was attended by Robert Levering, leader of this organization that in 1984 launched the implementation of the Great Place to Work in the United States. Nowadays, hat survey has crossed the borders and is applied in various countries of the Americas, Asia and Europe.
It is important to note that 90% of the companies which participated in the survey are private, 8% are public and 2% corresponds to NGOs. Overall, 75% is defined as service companies and 25% as productive. The three best companies to work in Chile proved to be Transbank, Nielsen Chile and Kimberly Clark Chile.
