BancoEstado Service Center –ServiEstado- was created in 2004, in order to offer the bank’s customers a new service model that supports the work of the branch office network and performs more operations.

Its activities aim to increase access to financial transactions such as current account, savings, pay loans and taxes, through a totally automated system directly in front of the customer. In the future, other non-financial services will be included such as sell concert tickets and pay on-line utility service bills.

ServiEstado has branches strategically located in different Chilean cities, providing access 24 hours a day, which includes Saturdays and Sundays depending on the location.
